Donations

The various ministries of River of Life Church are maintained by the generous financial support and regular commitment of our congregation and friends. There are a number of ways in which you can support the work of River of Life Church:
  • On-Line Giving
Donate directly with Credit or Debit Card via our secure  GIVING PAGE
  • Bank Transfer

This is a secure method to make a direct debit or one time donation to RoL church - you will need RoL Bank Sort Code and Account Numbers which are both available by contacting the Church Office.

  • Offering Boxes at Church

We do not usually take collections during church services at River of Life and have preferred to use offering boxes located  on the wall in the entrance corridor and also by the main exit door where members and friends who do not give by direct Bank transfer, can place their Tithes and Offerings, either in cash or by cheque payable to River of Life Church.

  • Gift Days

Twice a year, Spring and Autumn, we hold a Gift Day in the Church and take up a special offering for a specific project or ministry or for use for the ongoing work of the Church Programme.

  • Gift Aid

River of Life Church Trust is a registered charity (Charity No. 1092998) and is able to claim back from HMRC a further 25% of any gifts from standard rate tax-payers who complete a
Gift Aid Declaration Form.

This helps us enormously and increases your gift or offering by a further 25%.
If you pay tax it makes sense to Gift Aid your offering or donation.

We would like to thank everyone who supports the work and ministry of River of Life Church.
Without your support we could not achieve what we do for the Kingdom of God.

Planning your Visit

First Visit?

web 800x400 (8) Welcome! Whether you've just moved to the area, or have lived here all your life, we hope our website helps you to find out everything you want to know about our Church.

Some key information about the church...

Where & when does the church meet?

Our Church meets every Sunday at 10.30am for Sunday Service. Aim to arrive 10 minutes early to get parked and find a seat in time for the service to start.

We meet at:

River of Life Christian Life Centre
2 Carr Road, Felixstowe, IP11 2FS

You can see a map on our Contact us page

There is plenty of parking available on the site.

What should I expect when I visit the church?

You will receive a very warm welcome particularly from our Welcome Team who will be able to answer your questions and direct you to where you need to go. There will be approximately 45 mins of singing with opportunity for church members to pray or read a passage from the bible. After the notices there will be a spiritual message from one of the leaders at the Church with a chance to respond at the end of the service.

Tea, coffee and biscuits are normally served after the service where there is plenty of time to meet new people and ask more questions.

What happens to the children at church?

We have a fantastic programme for children at the Church for ages 0 thru 17. Children stay with their parents at the start of the service as we worship (sing songs!) together for the first part of the morning. An announcement is made when it's time for children to join their programmes. Children need to be registered.

For more information about programmes and age groups, please refer to the relevant pages under the main menu heading "Ministries".

Is there a dress code?

No! Please just be yourself and come dressed in your 'normal' clothes.

Will I have to join in?

Not at all!
You are free to simply observe or participate as much as feels comfortable for you.
