Prayer Ministry & Intercessors

Unless the Lord build the house, its builders labour in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the watchmen stand guard in vain. Psalm 127 : 1

 Prayer is crucial to everything we do at River of Life. As well as the prayer together in Life Groups, there are several regular opportunities during the week to meet with others to pray, details of which are given below :

Prayer Meetings ad revised 27.03.12

Once a month on a Saturday morning we have a special prayer meeting to pray for the nation : We occasionally have additional special Evenings of Prayer. We encourage our members to fast and pray on the first Tuesday of each month for persecuted Christians around the world, for Israel and those we are aware of with prayer needs. We also provide a confidential prayer service. Prayer Request Cards are available at both the Christian Life Centre and our Coffee Shop, which anyone can complete and put in the Prayer Point boxes in both locations. People from the Church meet each Friday morning (7am-8am) at the Coffee Shop to pray for the needs detailed on the these cards. We have a Prayer Ministry Team who are available at the end of all our Sunday Meetings and special events to pray with anyone who would like this.
